Jennifer Buckingham

Jennifer Buckingham is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of TEMPO Employment Services. A lifelong resident of Aroostook County, she has built her career around supporting the region's workforce and strengthening connections between local employers and job seekers.

Jennifer joined TEMPO in 1997 after studying accounting and business administration and quickly found her passion in workforce development. Over the years, she gained experience across all areas of the business, guided by the mentorship of longtime owner Lois Dickson. When the opportunity arose to purchase the company, Jennifer stepped into ownership with a commitment to maintaining TEMPO's strong foundation while continuing to grow and evolve the organization.

She is actively involved in the region through board service and community engagement efforts that support workforce and economic development. Jennifer resides in Garfield with her husband, Lendell, and their cats, Patrick and Linxie, and takes great pride in contributing to the community she calls home.

Sherry Locke

Sherry Locke serves as Chief Workforce & Strategy Officer at TEMPO Employment Services, where she leads workforce initiatives, client partnerships, and strategic growth efforts across the organization. In her role, she works closely with employers, job seekers, and community partners to develop solutions that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce development.

Sherry brings a diverse background in leadership, workforce development, and community engagement, with experience across both the private and nonprofit sectors. Her work has included leading teams, guiding organizational strategy, and building strong community relationships.

She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. Sherry resides in Presque Isle with her partner, Carey, and their two young adult children and is passionate about connecting people to opportunity and strengthening Aroostook County's workforce.

Kassidi Hanson

Kassidi Hanson serves as the Talent Acquisition & Marketing Specialist at TEMPO Employment Services, where she focuses on recruiting, candidate engagement, digital marketing, social media management, and maintaining current job opportunities. In her role, she helps connect job seekers with employment opportunities across the region while supporting TEMPO's marketing initiatives, employer outreach efforts, and overall workforce development mission.

Kassidi brings a diverse professional background with experience in healthcare, financial services, and community-based organizations. Her work has included supporting operations, engaging with the public, and contributing to organizational efficiency in fast-paced environments.

She holds Associate of Applied Science degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration from Northern Maine Community College, where she graduated with high honors and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Kassidi resides in Easton with her fiancé Corey, their two dogs, and three cats, and is passionate about helping individuals find meaningful employment while supporting local employers and strengthening the workforce throughout Aroostook County.
